We all have to start somewhere

The random musings of an experienced old goat with some business applications.

To get acquainted, I have spent a lifetime in various business roles.  Some smaller than others but fairly diverse covering both management and sales.  One thing I've learned is that aside from industry specifics, much of business is fundamentally the same.  If you want to increase profits you have to either increase sales, raise prices, cut costs or a combination of the three.  My focus here will be specifically small businesses.  Mostly because they have been largely ignored in favor of the unicorns and media darlings but continue to be the backbone of our country.  The plumber, mechanic, restaurant owner may have a small footprint individually but collectively are vital to the well being of their communities.  I have been blessed in that I am now among the Florida leisure set.  This gives me the opportunity to be of help without having to charge upfront or ongoing fees.  However, I DON'T believe that ANYONE should work for free!  So if you feel you have been helped in some small way, please feel free to peruse the ads, click on the links, etc.  Should you feel the need for more in depth consultation, contact me directly and we'll work out an arrangement that I guarantee will be of benefit to you.
